WRITE-UP IN SEAFORD SCENE

Thank you to Seaford Scene for spreading the word about the work of Teddy Treats. The story published in the July edition of this popular magazine is a great opportunity for local people to discover us and find out more about what we do.

SUMMER ACTIVITIES

Throughout the summer bikes, a trampoline and a basketball net plus various arts and crafts treats were brought and distributed to local children in need of a treat.

Another wonderful event that celebrated children having fun just becuase! Teddy Treats provided party bags and other special treats for the children that attended.

JUMPING TO BRING JOY TO LOCAL CHILDREN

Brave Tammy Clark Knight and her brothers raised £253 for Teddy Treats by doing a parachute jump. We're really happy that they wanted to do this to help local children have some fun.

PARACHUTE JUMP FUNDRAISING EVENT IN LONDON

Ahead of next month's planned parachute jump for Teddy Treats, funds were raised in London at an awesome family fun day in Forest Hill.

CHEQUE PRESENTATION AT SEAFORD TOWN COUNCIL

As the chosen charity of the Young Mayor of Seaford, Teddy Treats was delighted to be presented with a cheque for £450 at Seaford Town Council. We'd like to say a massive thank you to Gabrielle Edwards for supporting us during her year in office. Good luck to Jessica Batchelor for the year ahead as the new Young Mayor.

EASTBOURNE THEATRE TRIP

Teddy Treats took a group of local children to the Royal Hippodorme Theatre in Eastbourne to see Rapunzel Rocks. Over £450 was raised by the Young Mayor of Seaford to pay for the tickets. We appreciate the support as much as the children enjoyed the show.

LORRAINE BUTTERFIELD RUNS FOR US

A huge thank you to the wonderful Lorraine Butterifled who ran the London Marathon for Teddy Treats raising £270 to make life better for local children.

DONATIONS TO ANNECY SCHOOL IN MEMORY OF ELIN

A beautful donation of a children's story garden to Annecy Primary School in memory of Elin. A peaceful spot to enjoy one of the many books that were also part of our gift. We hope that the pupils at the school will enjoy the garden for many years to come.

GIFTS GIVEN TO FAMILIES AND CHILDREN

A big thank you to the Mant family who run SJM Electrical Services for donating toys for local families for Christmas. This time of year can be really difficult for a families that are struggling for whatever reason. We're happy that we were able to share some gifts and spread some Christmas cheer.
